Grain Fed Beef

Our cattle are fed a balanced forage ration and are then switched to a mostly grain-based diet 90 to 120 days before harvest. We choose not to use growth hormones or feed additives and antibiotics are only used when necessary for animal health.

We offer our beef as whole, halves or quarters, custom cut to your specifications through Hilltop Butcher Shop, see the contact page for their information.

Your pork comes from our heritage breed Tamworth pigs. Renowned for their ability to produce delicious bacon and to thrive in outdoor environments, they are well suited for our farm. We feel that the slower-growing pastured pork offers a much better tasting product for your dining experience.
